Made In Italy Day

April 15 Made in Italy Day / Giornata Nazionale del Made in Italy

Today we celebrate the creativity and excellence that Made in Italy represents around the world. For me and for many, Made in Italy is also a philosophy. From a young age as an Italian-Canadian, I learned that quality and respect was a priority in everything we did, despite limited resources. This Italian education has always been about aiming for the best and to be creative. It has been about honouring time, tradition, the makers, and to celebrate beauty and excellence.

Today honouring true Made in Italy is also a responsibility in order to continue to see Italian talent, industry, and culture thrive. Especially in a time where we see more and more companies and individuals trying to pretend to be Italian and as a result dilute the quality and overall Italian culture and heritage.

During the last few months, I have been refining my newest course "MADE IN ITALY, Leading the World of Luxury", which I will be launching in Florence May 2026. This course will provide students with a broader understanding of what makes Made in Italy unique and exceptional in industries such as Fashion, Design, and Hospitality.

I want to extend immense gratitude to everyone who works so hard to create, preserve, and share a MADE IN ITALY that the world can enjoy.
