Human Touch

There is a new wave approaching and it feels good. More and more people, young and old are reconnecting to what feels human. From shopping to socializing, the trend seems to be moving towards real life human encounters and less screen time. For the first time in years, we hear young people championing reality and less digital encounters. Screens have become exhausting, and individuals are seeking escapes. For retail stores, this matters. As many forecast journals encourage more digital integration, I advise on restraint. Meanwhile, compelling story telling on the screen has a place, in fact a front row which brands should continue to leverage. But more screens in stores…I would think(the human kind) twice.
