It amazes me how much we can learn from the sports we love and borrow to improve our lives, our classrooms, and our businesses. For their entire careers, athletes are surrounded by incredible teams, notably the coach. Nadal, Federer and Sinner have all acknowledged how the right coach and support team made their success possible. Knowing this, it would seem reasonable for all ambitious individuals and companies to have that same kind of support to achieve their wins. In my professional growth I have invested in the necessary training & development I needed to reach my goals. Recognizing the benefits of constant learning, guidance and encouragement has been a blessing. Today, I spend a lot of my time coaching creative entrepreneurs, new grads, and university students in order to get them closer to identifying their goals, planning the right road maps and feeling successful. The results speak volumes and remind me to constantly keeping investing in coaches for my growth, whether for tennis or for leadership.
