Wellbeing has dominated my approach to most of my adult life. In my 20s it had more to do with aesthetic value but today it guides all my actions. This includes nutrition and exercise of course, but also where, how, and with who I work. After more than 25 years working in the fashion industry, I have experienced and seen great workplaces and clients but also the unhealthy ones who can destroy morale and confidence. Since starting my private mentoring practice, I have chosen career wellbeing as an anchor. Working with young and motivated individuals is such a gift, and helping them make healthy choices that will enrich their lives is one of my ultimate goals. I also hope to encourage companies to adopt new solutions to making Career Wellbeing and make it a VALUE, beyond the workplace gym and healthy snacks.
